Proofs
When we at bridezilla receive your order, an order pack will be mailed to you, consisting of a sample invitation, order form and wording samples. You are required to check the sample invitation: chosen design, including colour card, ribbon, embellishments as well as the wording used and spelling of names.
You will then need to complete the order form and mail this, a 50% deposit, and the signed invitation sample back to us. Any adjustments you would like to be made to the sample invitation can also be noted at this time. Once this is received by us at bridezilla, work will begin on your order. At this point your deposit will be non-refundable as all wedding invitations and wedding stationery are exclusively handmade to your personal requirements.
Any adjustments you have requested will be incorporated into the design and if appropriate, a further sample will be mailed to you for proofing. Depending on your requested adjustments, there may be additional cost incurred i.e. additional embellishments etc.
Once work commences on an order, any changes requested by the customer, may incur a further charge as appropriate.
Payment
Payment can be made by cheque and must be made payable to the proprietor Charlotte Williams at Bridezilla, 18 Rhos Y Bonwen, Cross Hands, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, SA14 6TF..
A full order form will be sent to you for completion at the same time as your free sample invitation. A 50% deposit is required when you place a full order. Once the 50% deposit has been received by ourselves, work will commence on your order.
We will invoice you for the outstanding 50% balance which must be received, and cleared, by bridezilla, prior to the order being shipped.
In the event that a customer requires an order to be completed within a short time period then full payment will be required on the placement of the order. A short time period refers to an order that is received, and requires completion, within a 6 week period.
Delivery
All orders will be shipped via first class recorded delivery.
A standard delivery charge of £15.00 applies to each order, apart from individual orders for a wedding guest book, wedding photo album or wedding keepsake box, which will incur a standard £5.00 delivery charge.
In the event that a postal strike occurs, we at bridezilla will do our utmost to plan in advance for this. However, occasionally postal strikes may be unforeseen and bridezilla accepts no responsibility for orders that are delayed or lost in transit. In the event that this does occur we at bridezilla will provide you with a postal receipt to enable you to make a claim to the chosen courier.
Cancellation of Order
If the customer needs to cancel an order this can be done by email or by writing to us (see contact us for details). If the cancellation of an order involves personalised wedding invitations and wedding stationery, and where work has commenced on this, bridezilla has the right to retain the deposit. This is in accordance with Distance Selling Regulations.
Returns
Once goods have been received by you, any damages evident should be notified to us within 48 hours. This can be done by email or by telephone. Any claims made out of this timeframe will not be entertained. Bridezilla will do their utmost to ensure that appropriate packaging is used to limit this from occurring as far as possible.
If you find goods to be faulty then you are required to return these to us within 7 days of receipt, unused and in its original packaging. Please notify us as per above. |
