How to Order
Ordering is a very simple process.
1. Firstly, order your free sample invitation (one per customer).
Online Order - complete our online order form (located below). We will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm receipt of your order.
By Post - simply download an order form by clicking here. Complete sections as necessary and post it to us at Bridezilla, 18 Rhos Y Bonwen, Cross Hands, Carmarthenshire, SA14 6TF.
*Please be aware* Due to demand samples can take up to four weeks from order to delivery. We will do our utmost to deliver your order in a shorter time period than this, however, during busy seasons this is not always possible. If you require an urgent order, please contact us by email/telephone to confirm that we have availability and specify this on your order.
2. Once we receive your order we will post out your order pack which consists of
- your chosen free sample invitation
- a wording sample form
- an order form
If, after receiving your sample invitation, you wish to place an order, simply complete the order form as necessary, sign that you are happy with the sample invitation and/or detail any adjustments you would like us to make as appropriate. Return the order pack to us with a 50% deposit.
* Important * The only exception to this is if you require your order to be completed within 6 weeks of placing an order, at which time the balance will need to be paid in full at time of ordering.
3. Once your full order has been received work will commence on your chosen collection. If you requested any adjustments to the sample invitation we sent to you these will be noted and if appropriate a further sample will be posted to you for proofing to verify you are happy with the finished product.
4. Once your order is near completion, we will invoice you for the remaining balance.
5. Your order will be mailed to you via Royal Mail recorded delivery.
*Payment* can be made by cheque. Please make this out to the proprietor Charlotte Williams and post to Bridezilla, 18 Rhos y Bonwen, Cross Hands, Carmarthen, Carmarthenshire, SA14 6TF. (At no time should money be sent through the post).
